NIOS goes beyond the conventional boundaries of education, providing a platform for individuals to confidently take charge of their academic journeys. This article delves into the NIOS admission procedure and outlines all the necessary information that an individual may seek.
Since 2010-11, the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has implemented a fully online admission system to streamline the registration process for learners. The offline admission quota has been eliminated, and learners now have several options:
- Direct online registration through the portal: Online Admission through NIOS Online (Ni-On) Project
- Seeking assistance from the nearest AI (study center)/Facilitation Centre for online registration
- Visiting the Regional Centre for online registration
To facilitate admission, NIOS has made online admission available 24×7 throughout the year.
